Because of the unique nature of our novelty lifestyle merchandise, the promotional use of our items at events, and strict health and hygiene standards, all sales on accessories and merchandise are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind.

We stand by the quality of our club gear, so we will gladly fix any issues caused by transit or packing mistakes:

Damaged or Defective Items

If a carrier mishandles your package and an item arrives broken, bent, or defective:

1. Snap a clear photo of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Email the photo along with your order number to naughtypineclub@gmail.com

3. We will immediately ship out a brand-new replacement item to you at zero extra cost. 

Incorrect Items Received

If our shipping crew accidentally packs the wrong item or variation in your order:

1. Send us a quick photo of the incorrect item you received within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Email it to naughtypineclub@gmail.com

3. We will immediately ship out your correct merchandise right away.
