At the Naughty Pine Club, every member of the Club is crafted with personal care. Because all the members are 3D printed to order and hand finished specifically for you, we ae unable to offer returns or refunds once production has begun.

*All Sales are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and sizing (4 inches tall) carefully before finalizing your order.
*Artisan Variations: Part of the charm of a hand-painted resin piece is its uniqueness. Minor variations in color or texture are mark of an original, maker-made item and are not considered defects.
*Damaged or Incorrect Items: While we cannot offer standard returns, your satisfaction is our priority. If your Pine arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong character, please contact us with in 48 hours of your delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right with a replacement.
