Your privacy is our top priority! Every single order from the Naughty Pine Club is shipped in plain, completely unmarked packaging. There are no logos, pineapple graphics, or spicy words on the outside of your box. The return label will securely display our parent name, [NPC Studios / Your Name]. Your secrets are safe with us!
Production Timelines
We aren’t a giant factory! Ryley 3D-prints the models, and Karma hand-paints each one with love and precision. Because of this custom process, please allow [3-5] business days for your order to be crafted before it ships out.
Damaged Collectibles
We pack our squad tightly in protective comic-grade bubble wrap. In the rare event that the post office handles your package too roughly and a character arrives broken, don’t panic!
Send us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to naughtypineclub@gmail.com and we will rush a brand-new replacement out to you
