We stand by the quality of our club gear, so we will gladly fix any issues caused by transit or packing mistakes:

Damaged or Defective Items

If a carrier mishandles your package and an item arrives broken, bent, or defective:

1. Snap a clear photo of the damaged product and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Email the photo along with your order number to naughtypineclub@gmail.com

3. We will immediately ship out a brand-new replacement item to you at zero extra cost. 

Incorrect Items Received

If our shipping crew accidentally packs the wrong item or variation in your order:

1. Send us a quick photo of the incorrect item you received within 48 hours of delivery.
